FAQs- POWERPOINT TEMPLATE QUESTIONS
What are PowerPoint Templates?
PowerPoint Templates are Presentation Templates for Microsoft® PowerPoint, which is included in the Microsoft® Office product suite for Mac & PC.
What version of PowerPoint do your products work with?
Vervo Software PowerPoint Templates work with PowerPoint 2002-2007(PC) and PowerPoint 2008 (MAC).
How do I install PowerPoint Templates?
Installation instructions are included with all products. Generally you launch the program and then open the file. File > Open. PowerPoint ELements can be inserted in a PowerPoint presentation using Insert. Insert > Picture.
Can I manipulate the photographic elements in your PowerPoint Templates?
No. In order to create professional designs, our template backgrounds are fixed. You can however, mask template backgrounds with objects, drawings and images inserted/placed on top of them. You can also resize them.
Can I add text over the motion elements in your PowerPoint Motion Templates & Elements?
Yes. If you are using PowerPoint 2008 (MAC) you can add text or graphics directly over the AVI animation. If you are using PowerPoint (PC), you can add text or graphics over the AVI elements using Microsoft® Movie Maker, a free application included in Microsoft Windows XP and Vista. However, because of the limitations of the program, you may get varied results. You can download it here: Windows Movie Maker 2.1
What format are your Templates and other Products?
Our PowerPoint Templates are downloaded as a native PowerPoint file with the .ppt and/or .pptx extension, from a .zip file. PowerPoint Elements are .png files.
PowerPoint Template installation instructions are included with all products requiring installation. Zip files can be opened with WinZip or Stuffit.
FAQs: GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I Buy/Download the Templates?
Click on a Thumbnail to view the product in the Viewer. Under the thumbnail will be information and an “Add” Shopping Cart icon. Click the Shopping Cart icon and you will be taken to our secure shopping cart on the Modular Merchant site. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay. Once your transaction is completed and approved, you will immediately receive download instructions. Follow the on-screen instructions to download your purchased product(s) to your computer. You will also be emailed download instructions.
Do I receive my access immediately after purchasing?
Access to the product(s) purchased is available immediately after your transaction is completed! You will receive a confirmation page with instructions on how to download your product(s).
I want to buy all of the Templates. How do I get them?
If you want all the Templates on the PowerPoint site, you can purchase a Subscription. Once you purchase a Subscription and your transaction is completed, you will be given your download link and password, where you may download all of the Templates in every category on the PowerPoint site at no extra charge.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
Is my transaction secure?
Your information, credit card and transaction are secure. We vigorously safeguard your information using safety measures and we also use 128-bit SSL-encryption. Vervo Software will also never give out your private information to anyone.
I live outside of the United States, can I buy your products?
Yes, if you have a PayPal account and your country is not restricted by PayPal, we can accept your currency in US Dollars, Euro, British Pound Sterling, Yen, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kronor, Danish Kroner, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, Israeli Shekels, and Mexican Pesos. PayPal automatically converts your currency for you.
How can I use the Templates?
You can use the Templates as they are or “composite” them. Digital compositing is the process of digitally assembling multiple images to make a final image, typically for print, motion pictures or screen display.
Can I copy the Templates and give them to colleagues?
No, the Templates are licensed for 1 (one) user only. You may make another copy for backup purposes only. If you have a Subscription, you may not give out your account details for others to use.
WARNING: We use a sophisticated digital download system that tracks when, where and how many times our digital products are downloaded or are attempted to be downloaded. If we suspect that your account is being accessed by others we will contact you immediately and may revoke your Subscription at any time after that without a refund.
Can I show a Presentation I create with your Templates to anyone, or are they only for in-house use?
All of Vervo Software Templates are for you to use to enhance your work. So show it off to anyone!
What are the Usage Rights? Are the Templates “Royalty-free”?
Yes. You are free to use Vervo Software Templates for personal use in your presentation or presentation designs for your clients. You may use the Templates in your own commercial, nonprofit, or personal presentations, provided that they are not available for sale or resale. See our End-User License Agreement for more information.
Are there any download limits?
If you purchase individual products, you must download your product within 24 hours. Please make a backup copy of all of your products for your own use. If you have difficulty downloading any purchased products, email support at: support@vervosoftware.com with your details, the date and the product number(s) purchased. If you purchase a Subscription, you may download all of the products in the Template Site two (2) times each for three months (90 days), starting immediately after your Subscription transaction has been approved.
What is your refund policy?
We are committed to providing quality products for our customers. If you experience problems downloading or using products please email support immediately at support@vervosoftware.com.
Because of the nature of electronic downloaded products there is nothing to return therefore we do not provide money back on any of our downloaded products. We will assist you in any way possible to help you make sure our products meet your needs.
FAQs- SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS
What does a Subscription include?
If you want all the Templates on the PowerPoint site, you can purchase a Subscription to the site. Subscriptions allow you to download all of the Templates on the PowerPoint Site anytime, anywhere for three months (90 days). Once you purchase a Subscription and your transaction is completed, you will be given your download link and password where you may download all of the Templates in every category on the PowerPoint site at no extra charge. Subscriptions are limited to only the PowerPoint Template site. Subscriptions to other sites must be purchased separately. You may cancel your Subscription ONLY if you have not downloaded any products. You may not share your Subscription username/password with anyone else.
How much is a Subscription and how long does it last?
A 3-month Subscription to the PowerPoint Templates site is just $99. You may download each product two (2) times during your 90-day Subscription period. So be sure to back up your products once they are downloaded. Once you download a template it is yours to keep forever.
How often is your site updated with new products?
New products are added at least monthly. If you purchased a Subscription, the new products will be automatically added to your download list.
Once my Subscription has expired, will I be automatically billed again?
No. Once your Subscription expires you will no longer have free access to the Templates and you will not be billed again. You may opt renew your Subscription for another 3 months if you wish, and you will be given notice before your Subscription is due to expire, with a chance to automatically renew your Subscription when it expires.
Can I cancel my Subscription?
Due to the nature of our electronic download products, you cannot cancel your membership subscription unless you have not downloaded any products. Email support@vervosoftware.com
