What are Flash Templates?
Flash Templates are Animated Templates for Adobe Flash.
What is an Alpha Channel?
Flash products with alpha channels have a transparent background, which means you can place them over any color background.
What is the Frame Rate (fps) of your Flash Templates?
Flash Backgrounds and Elements are 30 fps. Flash Banners are 30 fps, unless otherwise noted. Adjust your animation accordingly.
What version of Flash do your products work with?
All Vervo Software Flash Templates work with Adobe Flash 8 and higher. Some Templates will work with older versions of Flash. FLV files work with Flash Professional 8 and higher.
How do I install Flash Templates?
Installation instructions are included with all products. Generally you launch the program and then open the file. File > Open
Can I manipulate the photographic elements in your Flash Templates?
No. In order to create professional designs, our template backgrounds are fixed. You can however, mask template backgrounds with objects, drawings and images inserted/placed on top of them.
What format are your Templates and other Products?
Our Flash Templates are downloaded as a native Flash file with the .fla and .swf extensions, from a .zip file. All files are compatible with PC and Mac.
Flash Template installation instructions are included with all products requiring installation. Zip files can be opened with WinZip or Stuffit.
FAQs: GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I Buy/Download the Templates?
Click on a Thumbnail to view the product in the Viewer. Under the thumbnail will be information and an “Add” Shopping Cart icon. Click the Shopping Cart icon and you will be taken to our secure shopping cart on the Modular Merchant site. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay. Once your transaction is completed and approved, you will immediately receive download instructions. Follow the on-screen instructions to download your purchased product(s) to your computer. You will also be emailed download instructions.
Do I receive my access immediately after purchasing?
Access to the product(s) purchased is available immediately after your transaction is completed! You will receive a confirmation page with instructions on how to download your product(s).
I want to buy all of the Templates. How do I get them?
If you want all the Templates on the Flash site, you can purchase them all here. Once you click Buy Now and your transaction is completed, you will be given your download link and password, where you may download all of the Templates in every category on the Flash Product site at no extra charge.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
Is my transaction secure?
Your information, credit card and transaction are secure. We vigorously safeguard your information using safety measures and we also use 128-bit SSL-encryption. Vervo Software will also never give out your private information to anyone.
I live outside of the United States, can I buy your products?
Yes, if you have a PayPal account and your country is not restricted by PayPal, we can accept your currency in US Dollars, Euro, British Pound Sterling, Yen, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kronor, Danish Kroner, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, Israeli Shekels, and Mexican Pesos. PayPal automatically converts your currency for you.
How can I use the Templates?
You can use the Templates as they are or “composite” them. Digital compositing is the process of digitally assembling multiple images to make a final image, typically for print, motion pictures or screen display.
Can I copy the Templates and give them to colleagues?
No, the Templates are licensed for 1 (one) user only. You may make another copy for backup purposes only. If you have purchased the entire Flash library, you may not give out your account details for others to use.
WARNING: We use a sophisticated digital download system that tracks when, where and how many times our digital products are downloaded or are attempted to be downloaded. If we suspect that your account is being accessed by others we will contact you immediately and may revoke access to your templates at any time after that without a refund.
Can I show a project I create with your Templates to anyone, or are they only for in-house use?
All of Vervo Software Templates are for you to use to enhance your work. So show it off to anyone!
What are the Usage Rights? Are the Templates “Royalty-free”?
Yes. You are free to use Vervo Software Templates for personal use in your designs or designs for your clients. You may use the Templates in your own commercial, nonprofit, or personal presentations, provided that they are not available for sale or resale. See our End-User License Agreement for more information.
Are there any download limits?
If you purchase individual products, you must download your product within 24 hours. Please make a backup copy of all of your products for your own use. If you have difficulty downloading any purchased products, email support at: support@vervosoftware.com with your details, the date and the product number(s) purchased. If you purchase all the Flash Templates, you may download all of the products in the Template Site up to two (2) times each, starting immediately after your transaction has been approved.
What is your refund policy?
We are committed to providing quality products for our customers. If you experience problems downloading or using products please email support immediately at support@vervosoftware.com.
Because of the nature of electronic downloaded products there is nothing to return therefore we do not provide money back on any of our downloaded products. We will assist you in any way possible to help you make sure our products meet your needs.
